We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains when and how you can return or exchange items purchased from darajewelry.co.uk.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Please keep your order number handy when contacting us.

Return Window & Conditions

  • Items must be returned in a resellable condition without scratches, wear marks, or missing parts (gifts, certificates, accessories).
  • Returns arriving without authorization or beyond the window may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final-sale items, gift cards, free gifts, and personalized/engraved pieces.
  • Opened care/cleaning kits, used accessories, or items with signs of wear or alteration.

How to Start a Return

  1. Request Authorization: Email us at hzhyh.technology@gmail.com within the window. Include your order number, item(s), and reason.
  2. Pack Securely: Use original boxes/pouches if possible. Include all accessories and the RMA reference we provide.
  3. Ship Back: Use a trackable service. Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return postage is your responsibility.

Tip: keep your proof of postage and tracking until your refund is completed.

Exchanges

For a different size/style, the fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order. If you prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we’ll check stock and assist.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days after approval (bank/issuer times may vary).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

Late or missing refunds? First check with your bank/issuer. If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days from our approval, please contact us.

Return Costs & Restocking

  • Change-of-mind / Wrong size: Customer pays return shipping.
  • Defect / Wrong item shipped: We cover return or replacement shipping.
  • No restocking fee in normal cases. For used or incomplete returns, we may deduct a refurbishment fee (up to 20%)—we will inform you before processing.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pay duties/taxes, we can reship (additional postage applies) or refund minus original shipping and any carrier return charges. See also our Shipping Policy.

Gifts & Promotions

If a return causes your order to fall below a promotion threshold (e.g., free gift or free shipping), the value of the gift/benefit may be deducted from the refund unless the gift is returned unused.

Nothing in this policy affects rights you may have under applicable consumer laws. EU/UK/EEA or California residents may have additional rights described in our Privacy Policy and Terms.
