We ship worldwide from our warehouses/factories. Shipping costs, carriers, and delivery times depend on your location, selected service, and the items in your order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Handling Time: 24–48 business hours after payment is verified.
  • Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM local warehouse time are processed the next business day.
  • Pre-orders / Made-to-order: Ship when ready; the product page shows estimated lead time.

Tracking & Split Shipments

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
  • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate parcels at no extra cost.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may incur import duties, taxes, and fees once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. We do not control these charges and cannot predict the amounts.

Address Changes & Delivery

  • Change of Address: Contact us ASAP before dispatch. We cannot reroute parcels after handover to the carrier.
  • PO Boxes / APO / FPO: Some services cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address when required.
  • Signature on Delivery: May be required for high-value orders.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

  • Damaged in Transit: Please keep packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • Lost Parcels: A claim will be filed with the carrier. Replacement or refund will be issued after investigation windows.
  • Marked Delivered but Not Received: Check with household/neighbors and your local post office. If not found, contact us.

Shipping Restrictions & Peak Times

  • Hazardous/regulated items may be limited by destination.
  • Severe weather, customs inspections, and holidays can extend delivery times.

Returns Related to Shipping

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal to pay duties, we can reship (additional postage applies) or issue a refund minus the original shipping and return costs where applicable. For more details, see our Refund Policy.
